About Us
Welcome to F & M Destin-ations — a family-owned Destin vacation rental business created by us, Mitch and Frankie Mobley. What started as a love for the Emerald Coast and years of vacationing in Destin, Florida eventually became our dream of sharing affordable, clean, comfortable beach condos with other families looking to make lasting memories on the Gulf Coast.
We are Tennessee natives from Columbia, Tennessee, but our connection to Destin goes back decades. Mitch was stationed at nearby Eglin Air Force Base while serving in the United States Air Force, and our family has loved the Destin area ever since. After years of returning to the Emerald Coast for vacations, we purchased our first condo in Sandpiper Cove Resort and later expanded to include a second property so more guests could enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald-green water that make Destin one of Florida’s top vacation destinations.
Today, we proudly offer two privately owned vacation condos inside Sandpiper Cove Resort in Destin, Florida:
- Mobley’s Destin-ation – a spacious 2-bedroom condo near the beach that sleeps families comfortably and offers easy first-floor access.
- Frankie’s Destin-ation – a cozy studio condo with a partial Gulf view, perfect for couples, small families, snowbirds, and weekend beach getaways.

Unlike large property management companies, we personally manage and care for our condos. We communicate directly with guests, stay involved in maintaining and improving the properties, and genuinely enjoy helping visitors experience the best of Destin and the Emerald Coast. We believe booking directly with owners creates a more personal and stress-free vacation experience while helping guests avoid many of the extra fees charged by large online travel sites.
When you stay with us, you’re staying in the same condos we personally use and enjoy with our own family. We continue making upgrades and improvements because we want every guest to feel at home. Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, couple's getaway, golf trip, snowbird stay, or weekend escape to Destin, we want your experience to be relaxing, affordable, and memorable.
Our condos are located in the highly popular Sandpiper Cove Resort, a gated 43-acre resort community in the heart of Destin featuring:
